Mind Your Body Pilates is located in Eagle Mountain, Utah, and is owned and operated by experienced teacher Dantzel Cherry.
The studio offers one-on-one sessions, duets, or trios to better focus on Pilates and MELT Method work.
What is Pilates?
Pilates creates longer, leaner muscles, improves postural issues, increases core strength, stability, and peripheral mobility. Pilates is perfect for post-surgery patients with doctor’s clearance, office workers, homemakers, dancers, and athletes of every type.
Not only did Dantzel help me strengthen my muscles and increase my flexibility but she taught me how to connect with my body when exercising. I absolutely recommend taking as many classes from Dantzel as you can. She’s amazing!Megan W.
